Xtillion was founded by Puerto Ricans and is based in their native land in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This unique training program combines practical on the-job training with relevant instruction, specializing in cloud infrastructure, data engineering, business  intelligence, ML/AI, and leadership skills. 

Leadership Team 

Our leadership team is spearheaded by Bertil Chappuis and Ric Elias. Bertil, our Co-Founder and CEO, is a  former Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company and a native of Puerto Rico. He brings with him 27 years  of experience, during which he founded the Firm's Software practice and was a core leader of the high tech practice. Bertil is a committed local philanthropist deeply involved in Puerto Rico's social sector. 

Ric Elias, Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board, is the co-founder and CEO of Red Ventures, a diverse  portfolio of brands and businesses that help millions make important life decisions. A native of Puerto  Rico, Ric launched Forward787, a $100M social enterprise that trained and supported over 150 Puerto Rican professionals and helped launch RV Puerto Rico, fueling a new economic growth engine on the island.
