We are currently looking for an experienced individual capable to perform as an Environmental Inspector able to conduct comprehensive Asbestos Surveys (Building Inspections) and Lead Risk Assessments. The ideal candidate will have proven field experience, strong report writing skills, and the ability to manage other office tasks (report reviewing and writing, report upload to management platform, and assist on any other duties as required) when not in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Environmental Inspections (Asbestos Survey, Lead Risk Assessments)
• Report preparation and handling
• Assist with assessment walkthroughs
• Assist the project scoping process
• Abatement Project Management & Air Monitoring
• 85% Field Work

Desired Qualifications & Other Requirements

• Registered DRNA Asbestos Inspector (Required)
• Registered DRNA Asbestos Supervisor (Preferred)
• Registered DRNA Asbestos Air Sampling Specialist (Preferred)
• Registered DRNA Lead Risk Assessor  (Required)
• Registered DRNA Lead Inspector (Required)
• Environmental Inspections Experience
• Experience with sampling equipment (XRF Analyzer)
• Technical Writing
• Xactimate Experience (Preferred)
• Attention to Detail
• Ability to Travel Island Wide (Required)
