Design and implement the back-end APIs (Python & C#) that powers the front-end
Automate repetitive trading processes
Create systems that support the development for trading algorithms.
Collaborate with our current engineering team to improve and optimize MBC's infrastructure
Work alongside traders and engineers to build the tools required for automated trading
Brainstorm with team members on different approaches to solving complex problems
Build stable, efficient, testable, and reusable microservices to support our core systems.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, optimizing deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
Refactor and improve the existing codebase for maintenance and scalability, ensuring the long-term success of our systems.
Monitor the latest developments and trends in the programming space for possible use cases with emerging technologies

3+ years of experience with a widely-used programming language, such as C#, Java, C++, Python, Go, or Rust, in object-oriented design
Familiarity with Scrum / Agile development methodologies
Hands-on experience with Docker, ECS, Nomad, Kubernetes, or equivalent
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or GCP
Experience with APIs / Connectivity technologies, such as REST API, FIX, sockets, TCP, UDP, and multicast
Experience building a database (SQL or NoSQL) that interacts with front-end applications
Exposure to front-end development using frameworks like React
Positive attitude towards newly encountered problems
Fluent or proficient in English

Proficiency in DevOps
AWS
Live data management systems
Hands-on experience with data-processing systems, such as Lambda architecture, Kafka, or RabbitMQ
Knowledge of cluster computing or container orchestration
Familiarity with equity trading and automated trading systems
1+ year of experience working with C# for production systems
Experience with security solutions such as TSL, SSL, or nginx
