Key Responsibilities:

• Perform demolition and installation of mechanical and some electrical components.
• Operate small and medium-grade construction machinery (e.g., telehandlers, skid steers).
• Receive and manage materials at job sites.
• Perform some masonry work as required.
• Work safely in permitted and non-permitted confined spaces.
• Follow all company safety standards and maintain required safety certifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Adapt to varied tasks across different projects.

Qualifications:

• Experience in mechanical fieldwork, construction, or related industries.
• Ability to operate construction machinery and equipment.
• Basic blueprint reading skills.
• Knowledge of job site safety practices and required certifications.
• Ability to work in varied and sometimes confined environments.
• Strong adaptability and willingness to take on diverse tasks across projects.

Reporting Structure:

• The Field Service Technician I will report directly to the Manager of Roberts Services and take day-to-day direction from the assigned project superintendent while on-site.
